I want to hire Quietly Working, what do I do now, and what happens once I engage Quietly Working?

Give us a call and we will schedule an appointment to meet with you at your location.  We have found this to be the best way for us to begin to gain an understanding of your needs and how your business operates.

It is not cliché to state that each business is uniquely different, but is, in fact, something that we take to heart.  Our initial appointment with you is completely free of charge and will usually last up to one hour.  If meeting at your business location is not an option, we can meet at a location that is more convenient for you.

If you feel that we are a match for your needs and you would like to do business with us, usually our first step will start at the end of our first meeting where we will ensure that we have a proper understanding of your needs.

Following that initial meeting, we will put together a proposal that outlines our understanding of your needs and provides you with a clear and concise quote of the costs and steps that we feel are required in order to complete your project.  We will either hand deliver or email your proposal so that you can review it to ensure that we are both on the same page as to what your needs are and so that you have a clear, up-front view of what we are anticipating your project to cost.

We include a dynamic time line with your proposal that outlines your project step by step, assigning specific dates to each milestone, and providing you with a clear list of deliverables that we have mutually agreed upon.  You get a clear view of the parts of the project that we are responsible for, and the parts where you will be conducting reviews and providing us with changes.

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.  Our proposal and project timelines are sometimes the most important tools to ensure that satisfaction.

If after reviewing your proposal, you decide to proceed with Quietly Working, we will ask that you provide us with a check for your retainer.  Our retainer cost, in most cases, is equal to the dollar amount that we anticipate billing you during the first month of our project.  On engagements lasting longer than two months, we will usually require retainer replenishment at the beginning of each month’s billing cycle.

This gives us the ability to properly serve our customers and gives our customers the ability to have greater control over when projects are closed.  We do not require you to sign a contract based on a pre-set length of time, and only bill you for the time that we have spent on your project.  You are free to cancel your project at any time.  We are happy to work on long, extended engagements, or on month to month renewals, whichever is better for you.
